2012 Bronze Quill Soiree’
The New Orleans Bronze Quill Awards showcase best practices in business communications, management skills, thought leadership, and creativity. These awards are open to members and non-members of IABC.
Bronze Quill acknowledges the exceptional efforts of our area best communicators by celebrating their unique talent, creativity and resourcefulness. Submissions are judged by other IABC chapters providing valuable feedback to each entrant.
The IABC New Orleans 2012 Bronze Quill Awards Program includes:
IABC Communicator of the Year Award
This Award is given annually to a business or organizational leader who actively supports communications by initiating, directing, supporting or sustaining outstanding and effective communications programs.
IABC Business of the Year Award
This Award is given annually to a business or organizational that actively supports communications by initiating, directing, supporting or sustaining outstanding and effective communications programs.

Student Competition
The Student competition recognizes excellence in communication at the college level. Entries are judged against the work of peers. Judges evaluate students’ critical thinking and tactical skills in identifying a communication need, creating and implementing a solution, and assessing results. Winner will also receive a cash prize.
